Returns


Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Products MUST be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for an exchange.

Non-returnable items include customised products, used products and clearance-sale items.

Returns due to a change of mind will be issued as store credit rather than a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in the post.

Refunds


Non-refundable items include customised products or services, used products and clearance-sale items.

Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty or not as described.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges


Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

For sizing issues, exchanges may be possible, only if the product is unused.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following items: sports drinks bottles, socks, towels and headwear.

Warranty Claims


Some items, such as rackets, may have a manufacturer warranty. If your item has a defect outside the standard return period, we’ll help direct you to the manufacturer for claims.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and may be processed directly with the manufacturer.
