1. General Terms

These terms apply to all purchases made at Axelblu, both in-store and online.

We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Purchases

Prices are displayed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions but do not guarantee absolute accuracy.

We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept an order or a request for services made by you for any reason. If we cancel an order/request, it will be at no charge to you.

We will not process your order until payment has been received in full.

Packaging may vary from that shown on our website.

Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment and we cannot guarantee that your equipment's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery or in-store.

All products and services are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to correct any mistakes made by contacting us prior to your order being processed/completed. If your order has already been processed/completed, you will be unable to amend your order. If your order has already been despatched, please return the products to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

3. Restringing Services

We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept an order or a request for services made by you for any reason. If we cancel an order/request, it will be at no charge to you.

Our stringing service is used entirely at the owner's risk.

While we inspect and take special care when stringing each racket, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to rackets. All customers are to disclose any pre-existing damages before we restring any rackets.

We cannot be held responsible/liable for any damages of any kind such as scratches, paint chips, broken grommets or cracks to any rackets before, during or after the stringing process.

We will not be held responsible/liable for any damages incurred during the stringing process, including if a racket is strung outside of the manufacturers recommended tension range. If requested, this will be done entirely at the owners risk.

Customers must inspect restrung rackets upon collection.

Claims for service-related issues must be reported upon collection.

We will not be held responsible for replacing or repairing any broken strings/rackets in any event including once they have left our possession. If you choose to provide your own string, we will not be responsible or liable to replace your strings if they break during the stringing process.

4. Price & Payments

Payments are to be made by cash, card or bank transfer on or before collection/delivery of your rackets/products when ordered in-store.

The price payable for the products will be as shown on our website. Prices advertised on our website exclude any delivery charges. Delivery options are shown when ordering and the delivery charge (if applicable) will be added accordingly.

We are under no obligation to provide the products/services to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.

Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card when purchasing on our website.

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services.

We do not guarantee that our restringing services prevent string breakage or improve racket performance.

We will not be held liable for any loss/damages of any kind to any rackets/products posted to/from our customers.

Due to the nature of the sporting environment, no guarantees are offered with any of our products or services.
